• Netra Tarpana
Netra means eyes, and tarpana refers to strengthen. Thus, Netra Tarpana is a procedure in which medicated ghee is poured on the eyelids after a special type of enclosure is built around the eyes with the dough of wheat flour. It is kept for 2-3 minutes after blinking and then removed.

• Abhyanga

After 60-90 mins, the paste is removed and the oil is wiped off, after which the head and body are again smeared with medicated oils and bathed with warm water.
